8 Week Adult Fitness ProgramThis is an 8 week program that we designed for parents of our students. Every single parent knows that they need to stay in shape and stay healthy, but often lack the motivation to do it. Of course in martial arts classes, there is always somebody there to motivate you. The two files below should be copied front and back on cardstock (so they last 8 weeks), and handed out to all of your parents at your school. Also be sure to have a sign up sheet out front for them to register for the program. The front is a full color "excuse eliminaton" tool, and it really works! The back of the paper is an outline of both the things they will be doing in class, and exercises for them to do at home. Also have them fill everything out so they can track their progress. Any of the files can be edited or revised to your liking, but this is a great start for you. When we started this program, we expected to have 5-6 parents do it, but we actually had 17 new parents doing the class within the first week!
